Red Lips

I've found that bright red lips had been a trending this year. Most of my friends had uploaded their selfies using bright red lipstick in their instagram ;) i think i'm gonna try it this time. After a lot of searching in the internet....i've found that choosing a suitable red lipstick is not easy as i think. Most of beauty bloggers suggest us to match the lipstick's shade with our undertone, so it will turns out well.

There are 3 types of skin undertone : cool, warm, and neutral. I've searching a lot about this, but at the end, i'm confused to decided which undertone is mine. (can somebody help me?)

I've read the reviews here and here , and i choose to buy a local lipstick for experiment. This is the first time I've brought red lipstick, usually i always buy neutral color lipstick like pink or coral.

In the first time, i want to buy Wardah Maroon Lovers Matte Lipstick...but after i read several reviews of this lipstick, i decided to choose the other one because this lipstick is still creamy (and i don't like it). I decided to buy Wardah Long Lasting Lipstick Red Velvet 08, which is have true red colour with really matte finishing.

I need to wait until he next day, because these items is not in ready stock condition.

One of my inspiration is cherry dreamy (instagram). I really love her vintage style with red bold lips...its looks stunning and classic :)

I already try the lipstick several times...but i think i still need a lot of practice because everytime I applied the lipstick, it turns out a little bit messy. I think i'll post an update later. Any idea how to apply red lipstick without looking messy?
